RiverKings End Four-Game Slide With Victory Over First Place SteelHounds
The Mississippi RiverKings (13-6-1) picked a great night to end their four-game winless streak with it being their historic 1000th regular season game and with it being against the team they are trying to chase down in the Northeast Division. The RiverKings defeated the Youngstown SteelHounds (15-5-1) on Saturday night with Aaron Davis netting a hat trick.

Sebastien Centomo made 28 saves and improved to 9-4-1 on the season while rookie Layne Sedevie tasted defeat for the first time this season falling to 3-1-0.
Ryan Campbell and Ryan Kindret also scored for Mississippi and Jason Lawmaster had three assists as the RiverKings pull to within four points of the Hounds for first place in the division.
