9-11. We will always remember those numbers.
For Stuart Fraser, there is another number he will never forget: 658.
Ten years ago today American Airlines Flight 11, hijacked by terrorists, struck the 93rd through 98th floors of the World Trade Center's Tower 1.
Above the impact point was the international headquarters of Cantor Fitzgerald, a global financial services firm for which Fraser served as vice chairman. There was no escape for those in the office that morning.
Of Cantor's 960 New York City-based employees, 658 -- almost 70 percent -- died. Almost one-fourth of the 2,753 people in the city who died from the attack were Cantor employees.
