With just over a month remaining in the regular season, the competition is getting hot and heated and Tuesday night in the CHL was reflective of that with three games decided in overtime or shootouts and with the road team winning all three contests.
In Missouri, the Rapid City Rush broke a tie with Quad City for fourth place in the Turner Conference thanks to a 4-3 shootout win over the Mavs. Collin Circelli scored a pair of goals including the game winner in the shootout. Tim Boron made 36 saves improving to 13-7-2 on the season.

In Tulsa, the Fort Wayne Komets topped the host Oilers 2-1 thanks to Kaleigh Schrock’s first game winning goal of the season coming in overtime. Playing for the third straight game without all-star goaltender Nick Boucher (suspended), Gerry Festa made 36 saves leading the way for Fort Wayne.

In Allen, the Brahmas beat the Americans in Allen for the second time in seven days thanks to Ross Rouleau’s fifth round winner in the shootout. Texas has won seven straight games.
