The Amarillo Gorillas snapped a four game winless skid and the Corpus Christi Rayz rattled off their third straight win in Sunday Central Hockey League action. Keith Rowe had three third period points for Amarillo in their 5-2 home win over Wichita, while a pair of Kevin Watters second period goals gave Corpus Christi a 3-2 home victory over Arizona.

Jason Dudas sixth goal of the season early in the third period tied the score at 2-2, but three goals, with Keith Rowe and Brent Hughes factoring in on all three, helped the Gorillas snap a four game winless stretch.
Arizona 2 @ Corpus Christi 3
Arizonas Brent Kelly (shorthanded) and Corpus Christis Matt Turek (powerplay) exchanged goals in the first, but a pair of Kevin Watters markers in the second gave the Rayz a 3-1 lead. A power play goal by the Sundogs Cory Stillman would cut the lead to 3-2, but thats as close as they could get.
