Former CHL MVP Greg Pankewicz is off to an amazing early season start for the Colorado Eagles, and with a dominating four goal performance in Saturdays 5-2 home ice win over Arizona, became just the 58th pro hockey player to score 500 career goals. Pankewicz is also believed to be the only pro player ever to accumulate 500 goals, 500 assists, 1000 points and 3000 penalty minutes in a career.

Greg Pankewicz was the show Saturday night, scoring twice on the power play and twice shorthanded while also assisting on a shorthanded goal by Riley Nelson. The goals were his 499th, 500th, 501st and 502nd of his illustrious career.
Rocky Mountain 1 @ Oklahoma City 2 (SO)
Sebastien Centomo made 36 saves and Marc Connors received credit for the game winning shootout goal as the Blazers bounce back from their first home loss of the season Friday to Memphis. Dorian Anneck provided the lone Rage goal, scoring his third of the season.
Bossier-Shreveport 3 @ Wichita 2 (SO)
The Mudbugs got back on the winning track with a come from behind victory over the Thunder. Third period goals by Forbes MacPherson and Daniel Pegoraro forced overtime and the eventual shootout, ended on Chris Brassard's fourth goal of the season.
Memphis 5 @ Tulsa 4 (OT)
Memphis improves to 2-0-0 on the road with a wild win in Tulsa. The RiverKings trailed 3-1 bu eventually took a 4-3 lead with a pair of goals just 79 seconds apart lkate in the third. Tulsa managed a power play goal by Matt Medley with just 12 ticks left on the clock to force overtime, where Jason Sessa ended the contest 51 seconds into the extra frame.
Youngstown 2 @ Amarillo 3
After a 4-0-0 start, the SteelHounds are winless in three contests after Trevor Socholotuck scored his frst goal of the season just 50 seconds after Shaun Landolt tied the game with a shorthanded marker for Youngstown.
Lubbock 6 @ Rio Grande Valley 5
Jimmy Callahan paced Lubbock with two goals and an assist as the Cotton Kings erased a 2-0 first period deficit with five straight scores of their own.
Corpus Christi 3 @ Austin 1
Ryan Carter's fifth of the season held up as the game winner, allowing Crpus Christi to improve to 3-3-0 on the season.
Odessa 3 @ Laredo 4
Chris Korchinski scored his second and third goal goals of the season and Brian Teixeira scored the game winner midway through the third period for Laredo.
