Corpus Christi goaltender Brent Zelenewich made 37 saves Sunday to record just the second shutout of the CHL season in a 3-0 win over Odessa, improving the Rayz record to 4-3-0. Also Sunday, the Memphis RiverKings scored two third period goals to defeat visiting Rocky Mountain 3-2.

Derrick McIver figured in on all three Rayz goals and Brent Zelenewich recorded the second shutout of the CHL season. McIver assisted on Steve Pelletiers first period power play goal, then scored twice himself in the third period to put the game away.
Rocky Mountain 2 @ Memphis 3
The Rage held a 2-1 lead after 40 minutes behind goals from Anders Strome and Clay Plume, but the RiverKings scored twice in the third to win their third straight contest. Derek landmesser tied the contest with a power play goal, then Ryan Campbell potted the game winner unassisted with just nice seconds left in regulation play.
