The Arizona Sundogs have surged to the top of the CHLs tightly packed Southwest Division, stopping New Mexico 8-3 Saturday to win their third straight game. Only four points separate first (Arizona with 29) and last (New Mexico with 25) in the division, with Amarillo (28), Odessa (27) and Lubbock (26) sandwiched in between. Saturday night Brent Kelly and Karl Sellan each enjoyed four point nights with two goals and two assists, with Kelly now tied with Tulsas David Masse for the CHL goal scoring lead with 20.
