A Perfect 10!
The Tulsa Oilers had their biggest offensive output of the season in a 10-3 win over the Mississippi RverKings Friday night at the DeSoto Civic Center in Southaven, Mississippi.
Jeff Christian led the scoring onslaught with two goals and three assists. Paul Kelly and David Alexandre Beauregard also had two goals each for the Oilers who won for the eighth time in their last 10 games. Warren McCutcheon, Brendon Hodge, Kai Magnussen and Lucas Burnett also scored goals for Tulsa.
Not to be overlooked were 38 saves by goaltender Guy St. Vincent. Mississippi outshot the Oilers, 41-31, while scoring two of its goals while shorthanded. The Oilers, however, scored two power play goals in five attempts and killed off all six Mississippi power plays.
