RiverKings Maintain #1 Spot on Yellowbook CHL Coaches Poll
Nine Game Win Streak Keeps On Top of Poll
The Mississippi RiverKings are riding a league-high nine game win streak and are boasting their second consecutive time atop the Yellowbook CHL Coaches Poll. The RiverKings are on top of the Northeast Division leading the Bossier-Shreveport Mudbugs by five points. They improved by 11 points from the previous poll widening the gap between themselves and the #2 team, the Texas Brahmas. The Brahmas jumped to the #2 spot moving up one ranking after solidifying their top seeding in the Southern Conference. The Colorado Eagles fell a spot for the second consecutive poll moving down from #2 to #3. The RiverKings, Brahmas and Eagles all received first place votes with Mississippi leading the way with 11 first place votes.

The current poll showed little movement with only Texas and Oklahoma City moving up one spot and Colorado and Odessa both dropping a spot.
The final CHL Top 10 Coaches Poll of the season will be release on March 25th following the conclusion of the regular season. Each first place vote receives 10 points, second place earns nine points, etc.
