Michel Robinson has been named the Oakley Central Hockey League Goaltender of the Week for the period ending November 28, 2010.

The Montreal native won both of his starts last week making his mark in hostile territory as the visiting team in Rapid City. On Friday night, Robinson stopped all 30 shots he faced in the one-sided 8-0 decision in favor of the Jackalopes. He earned the back-to-back starts and did not disappoint making 32 saves in Odessa’s 3-2 shootout win (stopped six of seven shooters in the extra session). For the week, Robinson stopped 62 of 64 shots, good for a .969 save percentage.
CHL Goaltending Leaders
The 6-1, 205-pound goalie began the season in Quad City losing two decisions but since joining Odessa, he has posted a 2-2-1 record with a 2.15 goals against average and a .933 save percentage.
