Missouri’s Robby Nolan Named Sher-Wood Central Hockey League Goaltender of the Month
TEMPE, AZ (January 7, 2011) –The Central Hockey League announced today that
Robby Nolan of the Missouri Mavericks has been named the Sher-Wood Central Hockey League Goaltender of the Month for December/2010. Nolan will receive a Sher-Wood/CHL logoed watch courtesy of Sher-Wood and the Central Hockey League to recognize his accomplishment.

Nolan finished the month with an 8-3-0 mark with two shutouts. He allowed two goals or fewer in eight of his 11 appearances and allowed just one goal four times to go with his pair of shutouts. Overall, the second-year pro turned aside 252 of 272 shots reflecting a .926 save percentage.
On the season, the Sherwood Park, Alberta native is 12-5-2 ranking first in the league with a 2.08 goals against average and a .920 save percentage and recently the 5-10, 190-pound netminder was named to the CHL All-Star Team.
