Texas’ Greg Hogeboom Named Sher-Wood Central Hockey League Player of the Month
TEMPE, AZ (March 3, 2011) –The Central Hockey League announced today that forward
Greg Hogeboom of the Texas Brahmas has been named the Sher-Wood Central Hockey League Player of the Month for February/2011. Hogeboom will receive a Sher-Wood/CHL logoed watch courtesy of Sher-Wood and the Central Hockey League to recognize his accomplishment.

CHL Scoring Leaders
Hogeboom led the league with 14 goals and 27 points in the month playing in 12 games. The Etobicoke, Ontario native also posted an impressive +13 plus/minus rating, six power play goals and two game winning goals. The 6-0, 190-pound forward helped his club to nine wins and recorded points in all but one game (a 2-1 loss to Allen on Feb. 5) and goals in nine of the 12 contests. Hogeboom had eight multiple-point games and four times registered three points or more.
On the season, the first-year Brahma has 74 points (32-42=74) ranking sixth in the league and his 14 power play goals are second in the CHL.
