CHL alum,
Brad Phillips, made an impression in net on Thursday night at the Philadelphia Flyers/Washington Capitals rookie game – a game that the Flyers and Phillips won by a 3-2 count at the Wells Fargo Center in front of more than 10,000 fans.
Phillips earned the start and made 13 saves allowing just one goal in 30 minutes of action.

Last season, the Farmington Hills, Michigan native posted a 12-7-5 record to go along with a 2.38 goals against average with the Bloomington PrairieThunder.
The 6-2, 181-pound goalie was drafted by the Flyers in the seventh round of the 2007 NHL Entry Draft.
