The Rapid City Rush (13-11-1) have certainly cast a spell over the Arizona Sundogs (9-14-4) over the last year winning 11 straight games against them. Last night was no different as the Rush topped the visiting ‘dogs by a 4-2 score (Last Night's
Box Score).
Tonight will mark the final game of their back-to-back series and the final game before the Christmas break for both clubs.

Last night,
Jeff Kyrzakos and
Shawn Limpright each had two points for the victorious Rush who used their penalty kill to stop all five Sundogs chances.
Tim Boron made 25 saves improving to 6-4-0 on the season.
After falling under .500 on Dec. 6, Rapid City is picking it up again going 5-2-0 in their last seven games and moving up to a tie for third place in the Turner Conference – a win tonight would vault them into sole possession of second place in the conference.
Arizona is headed the other way with three straight losses and six defeats in their last seven outings (1-5-1). They are currently in six place in the Berry Conference just two points ahead of the red-hot Laredo Bucks who have been climbing in recent weeks with solid play.
Rapid City is 3-0 this season against the Sundogs outscoring them 15-4 in those contests. Limpright and
Jesse Schultz have each score four goals against Arizona this season.
