Box Score
In a knock-em-down battle at the BOK Center on Saturday night, the visiting Evansville IceMen won for the second straight night beating the Tulsa Oilers 4-1. The loss is the fourth straight for the Oilers who returned home for their first game since Jan. 31.
The IceMen move into a tie for first place in the Turner Conference with the win (Fort Wayne).
Brian Bicek started the scoring with an unassisted goal in the first period and Josh Beaulieu and Bicek each added second period scores before Tulsa could get on the board.
The Oilers cut the lead to 3-1 after a goal from Jason Weeks but it would be as close as the home team would get.
Todd Robinson scored a shorthanded goal to finish off the scoring and wound up with a goal and an assist moving him into the league lead in scoring with 65 points.
The game took a physical turn late in the third period when 81 combined penalty minutes were handed out including an old fashioned goalie fight between Pier Pelletier and Ian Keserich.
