OAKLEY CENTRAL HOCKEY LEAGUE GOALTENDER OF THE WEEK ANNOUNCED
The Central Hockey League announced today that the recipient for the Oakley CHL Goaltender of the Week for the period ending December 30th, 2007 is Sean Connors of the Oklahoma City Blazers.

Connors has rebounded from a slow start by going 4-2-1 in his last seven decisions. Last week, the Okotoks, Alberta native went 2-0 defeating Tulsa on Christmas Day and later in the week defeating the Rocky Mountain Rage, the CHL’s top team, 6-2 in Broomfield, Colorado. Connors turned away 62 of 67 shots (.925 save percentage) and improved his season record to 5-7-1.
In recognition of his achievement, Connors will receive a special gift from Oakley.
