Centomo and Bucks Stop IceRays
The Laredo Bucks got back on track with a convincing 4-1 victory over the Corpus Christi IceRays on Saturday night thanks in large part to all-star goaltender Sebastien Centomo returning to his top form.
In winning his 13th game of the season, Centomo stopped 31 shots including 22 in the first two period combined en route to the victory.
Forward Jeff Bes reached a milestone in the game notching his 500th CHL point.
Rick Kozak, Jeff Bes, Darryl Smith and Alex Goupil all scored goals for the Bucks who ended a three-game slide with the victory and with the Brahmas loss to Mississippi move to within three points of first place in the Southeast Division.
