Tuesday's Spotlight - Komets and Thunder Meet Again!


There are four games in the CHL on Tuesday night with the marquee match-up during the busy schedule featuring two of the top four point earning teams in the league, Fort Wayne and Wichita.

The Komets and Thunder have only met three times in the history of the two clubs but have already built up quite a rivalry.  Fort Wayne won two of the three games last season with the two clubs combining for more than 300 penalty minutes in the three games.

This season, the Komets are in second place in the Turner Conference sitting just one point behind Evansville for the conference lead.  A win on Tuesday would vault Fort Wayne into the conference’s top spot.

Wichita is looking to make up some ground on the Berry Conference lead as they are currently four points behind the conference leading Allen Americans.  A win would move them to within two points of the conference lead.

Fort Wayne at Wichita
Rapid City at Rio Grande Valley
Texas at Tulsa
Quad City at Arizona
