Evansville’s Todd Robinson Named Oakley CHL Player of the Week
GLENDALE, AZ (January 9, 2012) –The Central Hockey League announced today that Evansville’s
Todd Robinson has been named the Oakley Central Hockey League Player of the Week for the period ending January 8, 2012. This marks the second time this season that the recently named CHL All-Star has earned the weekly honor (Nov. 7).

Robinson helped his team to a seven point week (3-0-1) averaging two and a half point per game. The Trail, British Columbia native scored two goals with eight assists and was a +3. Three of his four games saw him record multiple point efforts.
CHL Scoring Leaders
In Tuesday’s 5-2 win versus Quad City, Robinson scored a goal and had an assist. He followed that up with a four assist effort in a 6-2 win at Bloomington and then an assist in an overtime loss versus the Blaze on Saturday. The 5-8, 175-pound forward finished off the three-in-three weekend against the Blaze with a goal and two helpers in a 4-1 win.
The veteran is second in the league with 47 points (10-37=47) and is currently riding a nine-game point streak scoring three goals with 14 assists over that stretch.
